Ingredients: 1 1/4 cup Organic gluten-free flour–I used Doves Farm; 3/4 cup Organic coconut sugar; 1 tspn Baking soda; 1/2 tspn Sea salt; 1/2 tspn Baking powder; 7 tbsp Ground almonds; 1 cup Fresh blood orange juice or orange juice; 1/3 cup Extra virgin olive oil; 2 Oranges; 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar; 1 tspn Vanilla extract; 1 tspn Orange blossom extract or orange essence; 1 tspn Almond extract; 1 cup Orange juice; 1 tbsp Maple syrup

This is a pretty special cake, sweet and sticky and a beautiful orange and almond flavour. Use blood oranges or standard - both work. So good!
