Ingredients: 1 Cauliflower, medium; 1 tbsp Smoked paprika; 2 tbsp Olive oil; 1 Red onion, sliced; 1 tbsp Olive oil; 3 cloves Garlic, sliced; 1 tbsp Smoked paprika; 1/2 tsp Chili powder or chipotle powder; 1 tsp Ground cumin; 1 tsp Oregano; 1 tin Chopped tomatoes; 2 tbsp Sun dried tomato paste; 1 pinch Sea salt; 1 pinch Black pepper; 150 g Cherry tomatoes, chopped; 1 handful Fresh coriander, shredded; 1 handful Mint, shredded; 1 Lime, juice; 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil; 1 pinch Sea salt flakes; 1 pinch Chilli flakes
