Ingredients: 2 tbsp Olive oil; 1 Onion, finely chopped; 3 cloves Garlic, minced; 2 cans Organic chopped tomatoes; 2 tbsp Tomato purée; 2 tbsp Sun dried tomato puree; 1 tsp Dried oregano; 1 tsp Sea salt; 1 big twist Black pepper; 1 pinch Chilli flakes; 1 tsp Sugar; 2 handfuls Fresh basil, ripped up; 2 cans Beans of choice - I used butter beans & cannelloni beans; 1 big handful Olives; 1 tbsp Vegan butter; 2 tbsp Plain flour; 250 ml Almond milk - extra if too thick; 3 tbsp Nutritional yeast; 1 tsp Garlic powder; 120 g Vegan smoked cheese; 1 big pinch Sea salt; 1 twist Black pepper; Fresh basil; Cherry tomatoes, sliced; Olives
