Ingredients: 2 tbsp Olive oil; 1 Red onion; 3 Garlic clove; 1/2 tsp Cinnamon; 1 tsp Caraway; 1 tsp Cumin seeds; 2 Red peppers; 2 Courgettes; 250 ml Veg stock; 2 tbsp Sun dried tomato paste; 230 g Cooked butter beans; 1 tsp Sea salt; Black pepper; Chilli flakes; 1 handful Dill and mint; 135 g Self-raising flour; 1 pinch Salt; 1 Small courgette; 2 tbsp Nutritional yeast; 2 tbsp Water
