Failed to take a photo. I cooked this for brunch for my sister in law and husband who are not plant based. I added tempeh bacon and sauerdough toast. All flavours worked well together. The butter bean hummus (so easy to make) had the most positive feedback. It’s a bit time consuming, especially when, like me, you don’t have a full size oven, just an air fryer.
