This is my Bang Bang Tofu Flatbread.
Crispiest tofu (air fried is the way to go), a peanutty, spicy sauce, fluffy flatbreads, creamy sriracha mayo, and lots of crunchy greens.
Once the tofu is air fried to crispy perfection, it gets tossed in a satay-style bang bang sauce until every piece is coated.
Every good flatbread needs a creamy, spicy base - so I went in with a quick sriracha mayo, then layered everything up with fresh crunch and sesame seeds.
Big flavour, proper texture, and very hard to stop eating.
