Vata: Add extra coconut oil and cook aromatics longer; avoid garlic if sleep is disturbed. | Pitta: Reduce ginger and mustard seeds. Avoid garlic. | Kapha: Increase mustard + cumin; use less coconut and oil; cook slightly drier.
